Update footer social links and contact information
Removed Facebook and X (Twitter) links. Added new links for Mastodon, PeerTube, and LinkedIn. Replaced the GitHub link with the GitLab profile. Updated the contact email address in the footer. Verified that all links open correctly and display the intended icons.
