New betterprint plugin for emoji fix

The Reveal.js Better Print Plugin is a powerful extension for Reveal.js, a popular open-source HTML presentation framework.

This plugin allows you to load a set of predefined print options for a Reveal.js presentation without any effort.

In addition, the plugin is now able to standardize the emojis for rendering consistency, using twemoji as a baseline.

It is also possible to customize the appearance of emojis in the printed document by referencing the img.emoji tag-class pair in any loaded CSS resource.
