Flutter doctor not launching

I followed the instructions using this command echo 'export PATH="$PATH:$HOME/.local/share/flutter/bin"' >> $HOME/.bash_profile but this doesn't work. Instead I put the content of bash_profile in bashrc and everything works fine `
